Nest Yale Door lock no longer showing in Nest app

Our Yale Nest door entry codes recently stopped working on our Nest Yale door lock.  When we looked on the nest app we discovered that the door lock product was no longer showing up.  We tried a few things to troubleshoot the latest being a factory reset of all the equipment including the Yale lock as well as the connect device.  The modem/router was also rebooted. We go through all the prompts to add a new product  (the lock and connect device) but it is still not showing. Everything that can be reset has been completed but we now have a door lock that is not working and no longer appearing in the nest app.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that your Nest Yale Lock stopped showing on the Nest App, and I'm happy to help!

Before I can proceed, I need to ask a few questions:

When you try to add your Nest Yale Lock to the Nest App, what error message if any appears?
If you have multiple home structures set up in the Nest App, please verify that you are selecting the correct home structure and check if you can see there your Nest Yale lock.
To switch to the correct home in the Nest App, please follow these steps:

Open the Nest App.

  • Tap Menu in the top left corner.
  • Tap the home that you want to switch to.
