My Nest Yale Lock disconnected from Google Home. This has happened previously, and I could always recover, but this time, nothing is working. I've changed batteries, reconnecting to WiFi via one of my Nest Protects, but Home App only sees a vague description of a device and doesn't seem to recognize it as a door lock. I tried a factory reset of the Nest Connect, but that hasn't helped. It seems like the lock isn't communicating with the Nest Connect (which is about 5 feet from the lock. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Just a quick follow-up. I worked with Google Support last night to run a number of tests including factory resets, but the Nest Connect won't fully reset. The light remains green after holding the rest button for over 1 minute. The Connect is now being RMA'd. I'll see if this fixes my issue. If anyone else is having trouble factory resetting a Nest Connect, contacting Google Support is a good idea.
