We can see the lock in the Nest and Home apps. However, trying to finish setup and enter passcodes. We continue to get " Something went wrong" when trying to create unique passcode. Attempted on Pixel 7 and Samsung device and got the same result. Tried 4, 6, and 8 digit unique codes. Cannot complete setup as a result. We've already factory reset and tried again. The lock is visible in the Nest and Home apps.

I have the exact same problem, I chatted with Google who sent me to Yale. Yale had no answer and sent me a replacement thinking it was the lock itself. Same exact problem on a brand new lock. Without this feature to assign codes to guests or change family member codes really defeats the purpose of the lock for me.

I am having the same issue with a newly installed Nest Yale lock. I can’t seem to creat a passcode for entry although I have created the master password. Please advise.

We finally got it to work. I uninstalled the Nest app and factory reset the lock. The lock was still showing in Google Home app btw. I ran the setup wizard again and placed the bridge in a different location. I don't have a sure fix for it, but I did want to update that it is working properly now.
