Nest connect after power outage won’t light green

Power went out now the nest connect will not go green. It blinks blue and then goes off

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Connect is not showing the green LED light after a power outage, and it shows you a flashing blue light and then goes off.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • Is your Nest Connect offline in the Nest app?
  • Are you getting any error codes in the Nest app?
  • Is your Nest Connect displaying an LED light blue (slowly pulses once), blue (pulses slowly), or blue (pulses quickly)?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps?
