My nest connect won't connect to wifi. Consequently, my Yale lock cannot be added to Nest. The Nest is within range of both the Yale lock (about 10 feet) and my router (about 20 feet). Google even sent a new Nest but I still cannot get it past the blue pulse light. Yale even sent me a new lock but I haven't installed it yet because I don't think the lock is the problem. I've gone through every trouble shooting step there is but no luck. I've got the latest and greatest XFinity router with about 30 devices connected. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Hi yankfan007,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear about your experience with your Nest Connect. Let’s get this sorted — a few questions: what’s the status light of your Nest Connect? What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Do you have mesh Wi-Fi points? What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Also, were there any changes to your WiFi network?
Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
JT
