We have two nest/Yale locks on our condo. Today, our tenants reported neither lock works. Both report "this code doesn't not work now" messages when they enter their code. The master code we programmed in also reports the same error. When they moved in ~6 weeks ago, they got a different internet service and never hooked up the condo wifi hot spots so the locks have been 'offline' through the nest app... We're SOL and time to call a locksmith (or handyman with a chisel/drill), right?

We could find no way to fix this - ended up using a drill (a LOT of drills) to break in and replaced with a standard lock. Ended up replacing the second lock as well. We never should have trusted the Nest locks for all our locks...
