I am not able to redeem the $200 for the discontinuation of Nest Secure product. I had bought a FitBit Sense 2 watch earlier using the code but returned it.
I have never experienced in my life as worse a customer support as Google Support. I am trying since a few months either to chat or to have phone conversation with Google Support, but not been successful.
Just don't know what else I can do to claim my $200 offer.
