I was out of town over Thanksgiving weekend and I had a dog sitter. The door was secured on the night of Saturday, November 25th. I can confirm this through the Yale log on my phone and app. At 2:36 am the lock was unlocked. Camera on the porch indicates that no one tampered with the lock. Because it was unlocked, Two of my three beloved dogs were able to exit the front door and were tragically both killed early that morning. You expect to lock your door and be secure that it will not unlock. Clearly your locks are not secure. Smart lock? I am devastated at the loss of my two beautiful dogs. Nothing can bring them back. All because your lock failed me. I will be replacing your lock with a keyed system once again and make sure that my story is heard.
