Transition to ADT promo code

I need to have my “promotion email” for transition to ADT security resent as I thought the email sent months ago was fraudulent. I now need the promo code to purchase new ADT security hub. Has anyone had success doing this? I can’t find a way to talk to a Google human.

If you want to talk to Support, you can use the link and instructions in this post:

Google Play Store support started trying to find my eligibility for my code when I called in on Friday during the pixel 8 pro sale.  They said they could not transfer me to a supervisor at that moment but promised to call back at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. No call. They then ask me to keep my phone with me all day Monday and I could expect to call then. No call. I checked today and I have an apologetic email from a supervisor claiming they're still looking into it. In the meantime, I called Google Nest support to verify that they had my device listed on my account. It was. It has been since 2019. I've been the same address in the US the whole time.  As far as I know, this ticks off all of the qualification criteria, yet the managers email insults me by reminding me to check them...but fails to list them. SMH Then continues on with a lot more of what are obviously cut and paste boilerplate excuses.

On top of all this, they removed the ability to reach them by phone for the time being.  I was told supervisors are email only and then the text agent, Lee, dumped my text thread on some poor unsuspecting girl in Android device support.

Hang in there my friend. This reminds me of what happened to Google's support teams at the very beginning of covid-19.  I actually had two tech support calls with Google Fi where a rooster actually crowed in the background.
