I have been using 5 Nest x Yale locks for 3+ years. As of 2+ weeks ago (maybe move to new iPhone) I can't see, create, edit or add PIN codes for locks in nest app on iPhone, iPad or browser both on WiFi and 5G, at home or outside my home. Same issue with 2 separate logins at 2 separate properties with a total of 5 locks.. existing PIN codes still work (but are not visible in app when you clicl on icon that used to reveal them). I have been on with support multiple times and done all the steps of updating iOS, App, deleting app, reinstalling etc, the browser does not support these features.
