Solved: Nest Yale lock said the lock is stuck, Thumb turn can't open or close.

I installed the Nest x Yale lock today. It worked well for a couple of hours.  I reset the lock to change the master code and suddenly it is not working properly. If I click the new master code, the Nest lock is stuck. I tried to open it inside, not turn it to open or close.

I just fixed it. The reason is that the deadlock is already locked so the inside pin must be locked position (thumb lock all the way anti-clockwise) before back to cover. Now it works perfectly. Hope this helps if anyone has the same problem.
