Unable to access my (Google) NEST account other than via cellular phone for last couple of months

Folks, I have no idea what is going on. Simply unable to access Nest account online - goes around in a circle - asking to log in via Google Home ---- which is not available via PC as far as I can figure out. When I try resetting or look for password - no email arrives. A bit confusing. Any ideas?

I try and sign in to my Nest account on a PC via home.nest.com unsuccessfully. I go to  & it then asks me to sign in with Google. I click on it & it then takes me to the next screen which asks me to choose an account. I choose my Google account & then it takes me right back to home.nest.com login screen. It's an infinite loop. I've tried signing in through Nest but since I migrated to Google years ago, I can no longer sign in that way. How can I get into my Nest account?

I have no problem getting into my Nest account on my cell phone. Any assistance is welcome.

I don't know what you mean by "asking to log in via Google Home -- which is not available via PC". The home.nest.com website should be accessible on a PC.

If you go to your Google Account, select Security, scroll down to "Your connections to third-party apps & services", and select "See all connections", is "Nest" listed and can you select it?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache for the nest.com website?

Have you tried a different browser?

What happens if you try to access the home.google.com website?
