Unable to connect Nest x Yale lock to Nest Connect device

I am unable to connect my Nest X Yale lock to my Nest Connect device.  I have spent literally hours on troubleshooting this problem.  I have factory reset both devices multiple times, rebooted my router and phone, and tried multiple troubleshooting suggestions from this site as well as others on the internet.  Any help on getting this POS installed would be much appreciated!

• Besides the other troubleshooting steps you mentioned, what other steps have you tried?
