Wondering if my phone is cloned or being viewed without my permission.  I need help making extra security on my device and Google account. I'm not tech savy

I wonder how many people have stalker's and aren't even aware of it? 

Why would Google allow such a thing? 

I've never been able to get help from Google, never . I'll follow your link though.

Hell why don't you explain to me how to look in on whoever I want since it appears that's what Google enables !
