Is the Yale Doorlock going to work with Nest Secure going away? If so, how will it be programmed since this is done through the Nest App? As well, I am guessing that my three Nest CO2 / smoke alarms are going to not work as well??
Thank you,
Damian

There has been no announcement about the Google Nest app going away next year. Support for Nest Secure, Dropcams, and "Works with Nest" are being discontinued:

Is Next x Yale lock still going to work (locally and in the app) with only Nest Secure? Or do I have to get a Nest Connect?

Hey Tianshui,
Absolutely! Just like the Nest Connect your Nest Secure also serves as a Wi-Fi bridge to your lock. To learn more, take a look at this article: Nest × Yale Lock installation and setup.

Thank you. Good to know that. I was afraid the lock won’t work after Secure sunsets.
