Hello!
My Yale Lock Assure 2 recently sent me a notification that it's low on battery. So I replaced it with fresh ones. After that, it wouldn't turn back on; there's no chime, no lights. Nothing. It also cannot connect to the app since it won't turn on. I've had this lock for 7 months now and I've never had an issue with it. I called Yale support and they just went through the steps that I've already gone through. They asked me to change out the batteries and to make sure there were no bent coils or any corrosion; which there were none. They recommended for me to purchase a new one but I would like to see if anyone has any suggestions.
Has anybody encounter this before? If so, what was the solution to resolve it?
Any help is appreciated!
