I’m unable to lock or unlock my door. When I’m able to lock it the lock continuously runs trying to lock. I ended up ripping the batteries out so I can go to work. Anyone had this issue or can shed light on what to do?

I’m still having the issue. My lock will lock unlock and the lock keeps running eventually telling me deadbolt is stuck when I can manually lock it from inside.

Hi there,
Uh-oh! Have you tried to factory reset your Nest × Yale Lock? If not, factory reset your Nest × Yale Lock, remove it from the Nest app, and then add it back again.

I tried factory reset multiple times. It finally started to tell me that the deadbolt is stuck but I'm able to manually turn the deadbolt and it works fine.
