Yale lock says no devices found to connect to

Just bought a Yale lock from habitat for humanity.  Trying to set it up.  Trying to add to nest app but get message there's no devices to connect to.  Not sure if this is due to it being an older lock or what.

Could you check the lock's keypad for two things?

• Is the lock key-free (meaning there is no keyhole at all)?
• Do you see a QR code on the back of the battery cover? (Only the Nest × Yale Lock has this code for setup.)

Thanks for the response.  I found that I was not getting a connection to the nest connect. Now I cannot get the keypad to work .  See post below
