Yale nest lock key pad unresponsive to touch but still lights up when locking or unlocking from app. I've tried factory resetting, undoing the wiring inside and changing batteries. But it seems like a technical issue? Almost like privacy mode is stuck but privacy mode is in the off position on the app.
