We bought a nest x yale lock last year and also paid for installation. The lock Screws seem to be failing, but there is no wear and tear from usage. I reached out to support and they told me to just schedule another person out. They are essentially asking me to pay $200 for someone to come fix an issue with the initial installation process which just doesn't seem fair. Even still, I attempted to locate a pro which I could not do.
Just looking for a fair and just remedy here. I shouldn't have to pay twice for one installation process especially because the issue Im having now is caused by the faulty work from the first.
