I have spent hours trying to get the connect device to pair with the lock. I have found chats, blogs, forums, videos, and notes all full of frustrated customers with no solution by Nest yale. I give up. The software is just garbage. Nobody should have to search the internet for hours to set up a device. DO NOT BUY ANY NEST YALE PRODUCTS!!!! Pure junk. Pairing a dongle with the lock should be simple, and fast. I will be returning this POS to Lowes and buying a competitor that actually works.
