nest connect and yale disappeared from nest app

My Yale lock and nest connect disappeared from the nest app. I have IOS 16.5.1 (c) on my iPhone. The nest app still notifies me when I manually unlock door or enter my code. I just do not see the lock on my Home Screen or see it in my devices. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but did not fix it.

Thanks for reaching out to us, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. 

Have you made sure that you're signed in to the right account? If not, sign out of your account from the Nest app, and instead of selecting Sign in with Google, select Sign in with Nest instead, then continue.
