Caméra nest en panne et pas de support

Bonjour Google

A vrai dire il est plus facile de parler a Google home qu'à votre service client.

J'ai un problème avec ma caméra nest achetée il y a 2 mois.

Aucune possibilité de vous joindre. C'est un scandale.

Je suis a deux doigts de joindre mon avocat

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
