Google home connections issue

Hi.

For la week or more we having more and more issues with today breaking my spirit.

Both tlc tappo and Google own devices randomly stop working, or working turning but won't turn off or are off but showing as on.

WiFi working fine as I'm working from home and no issie here but all devices connected via Google home are hit and miss

Your issue is a device related issue pertaining to the working of TLC Tappo and Google owned devices. For any queries and questions regarding the functionality of TLC Tappo device, I would recommend reaching out to the technical support team of TLC. If there is an ongoing issue of TLC device with Google Smart Home Ecosystem, we do have dedicated channel with TLC and they can reach out to us through those channels citing the complete details of the issue. Once we have all the information, our engineers will start investigating and provide TLC with a solution.
