1st gen nest hub sudden screen burn

Today I suddenly noticed my 1st gen nest hub screen shows somewhat likea burn screen 90% of it is darkened and have what appears to be several and very thin black vertical lines in the darkened space, I got the device on 2020 so is not that old and have not suffered any drop or other kind of impact. Already factory reset it and problem stays the same.

We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you, I'd like to ask some questions:

 

  • When did the behavior start?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over?
  • Is the device still working?

The behaviour started last week, the devide have not been dropped or knocked over at all, and yes it is still working but as shown in the pictures

I'm having the same issue and it got worst with time. Currently I can only see a blueish rounded corners rectangle in the middle of the screen.
