The product is great, but two things are really frustrating:
1) In Google meet conversation, the sound level is too low. My old mother isn't able to hear what we say, this is not the case with her Google Mini. For some reason, Nest Hub Max limits the remote person's voice level. (volume is at 10 during the conversation but stay low).
2) My old mother isn't mentally able to start YouTube / YouTube Music contents by herself. It would be a dream to be able to start such content remotely from the Google Home app without being physically there (not on the same Nest Hub Max Wi-Fi network, on 4G for example). It would help many people with disabilities. The strange thing, we can stop the casting remotely, change the photos being displayed, view the camera, but not start any multimedia content! Really strange limitation!
Thank you for adding this possibility in the next google Home release. (It could be achieved by providing a link to a YouTube content to cast, for example, in the application)
