I bought an used 2nd Gen Nest mini speaker. Couldn't connect it using a Pixel phone nor an iOS device. Both unable to connect, both unable to run setup. I then did a hard reset on mini speaker. To perform factory reset on 1st Gen mini speaker, use the reset button. 2nd gen mini speaker, after start up, mute unit, press top center and wait 5 sec for prompt about resetting, then continue to press until lights are off, then let go and now is rebooting. Came back up and was able to add it into Home without a problem. Don't forget to change it back to unmute.

Hey Kiss,

Thanks for reaching out. My apologies for the late response.

I understand how it feels when you can't setup your Google Home Mini. Let's dig deeper: is this a first-time set up? Have you tried using a different phone/tablet? What country are you located in? Also, what are the troubleshooting steps that you've done?

@Bikerholic : I appreciate your help.

Cheers,

Muddi
