When I try to activate and set up Voice Match it takes me here and when I choose Get started I get a loading screen then closes and takes me back to here over and over again. I tried to set up voice match in the Google Home app settings as well but when I click on there it says something went wrong and nothing happens as well. I’ve factory reset my google nest mini, my iPhone and deleted and reinstalled the app and nothing. I’ve tried others user in house to do same and they get same issue. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the google nest mini?

First off, I would suggest reviewing this article to make sure you're not missing anything. Next, if you're still having issues, I would suggest doing another factory reset on your device as this should fix the issue.

Thanks, I read the article and I’ve made sure I am part of the home since I’m the one who set it the Nest Mini. I did a factory reset in the nest mini and I’m still having issues. I noticed the two other family member accounts on my home device are able to activate voice match on their phones. It seems to maybe be something to do with my gmail account possibly? Do you have any recommendations on what I can do from here?

To add to above, could be an app issue? I did do a reset on my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the google home app but still same issue. When I click on get started to turn on voice match, a screen pops up with loading circle then it swipes down and takes me right back to the voice match set up screen again where I can choose get started and if I keep doing it same thing happens over and over again. If only I could up load a screen record video to show.

Yes I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Google Home iPhone app. My iPhone is also on most recent software as well.
