Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. A few question:. what phone are you using (Android or iOS)? Is the Google Home app updated? Were you able to successfully link the matter devices? Also, what steps have you taken so far?
Relink the Google Home app and observe if it makes a difference. Using another phone will also help us isolate this.
