A few days ago all my Google equipment from the hubs to the doorbell has been making serious static noises where I can not even hear what anyone is saying outside and they can’t hear me at the doorbell. I’ve had all my Google nest doorbell and speakers since I moved in my apartment 6 years ago, I upgraded the hubs to max and no issues with Google until this week. I tried everything I saw on these forums to do and it’s still making these serious static noises. Please help otherwise I’ll have to buy a new system for my security here. I chose Google nest device as my issue category but it’s the max hubs and the cameras/audio.

It’s the audio and video. When I try to talk to someone at the door it’s so staticky that all they hear is static and nothing else. When I turn all my hubs on they all are doing this. I have tried factory resetting my doorbell and the hubs and it’s still doing this. It’s overwhelming and needs to be fixed. It’s worthless like this. I can see videos but can’t hear or talk and I have to keep the volume down so the static doesn’t come out the speakers

Hello DeAnna78,
Thanks for your quick reply!
That's correct; factory resets don't always resolve every issue. To figure this out, and as mentioned above, can you please kindly respond to the questions to provide you with the correct steps to get this solved?
I need to check what's causing this situation. It could be the display's microphone, which is not working, or the doorbell's speakers, which can be damaged.
I appreciate your patience and cooperation!. If you have any further questions for me, feel free to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist further.
Best regards,
Nery.
