When asking my Nest to “play playlist xxx” it just plays generic Apple Music. I have reset Nest device. Unlinked and the re-linked my Apple Music account and still not working. It was working yesterday for my personal curated playlist on Apple. How do I fix?

I have found that the phrase "play My xxx playlist works best". If xxx is too generic a name, or is close to the name a music service uses for auto generated playlists it my still fail.

Thanks. It’s been working fine up until yesterday with the same playlist names but now just plays generic Apple Music when I ask the same commands. It’s doing the same for every playlist I have.

I tried this, but I still get Apple Music instead of my playlist. Any other suggestions?

I ended up wiping my home hub to factory settings and setting it up again from scratch. Has worked since though

Chiming in, what country are you located in? Have you tried renaming your playlist? Does it happen when you use the Google Assistant app on your phone? Are you able to play other playlist from Apple Music?

I am in the US. I have many Apple playlists that all work from my iPhone. When I ask the Google assistant or either of my Google speakers, it always plays some Apple Music playlist, not the ones on my iPhone.
