Asociado a otra cuenta

Estoy tratando de configurar un nuevo Nest Hub Max, al principio no me dejaba vincular la cuenta, luego pude pasar ese paso, pero me aparece el mensaje de que el Nest esta vinculado a otra cuenta, aunque es nuevo.

 

Alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

Thank you for posting in the community. I’m sorry to hear you're having issues setting up your new Google Nest Hub Max because it appears to be linked to another account. I'm happy to assist you with the steps to resolve this.

To address this, please try the following:

  1. Please perform a factory reset on your Google Nest Hub Max. You can follow the instructions in this helpful link: Factory reset your Google smart speaker or display.
  2. Attempt to set up the Nest Hub Max again via the Google Home app.
  3. If the same error message appears, force close the Google Home app, but do not tap "Exit setup."
  4. Reopen the Google Home app and scroll to the bottom of the main page. Check if the Nest Hub Max is listed under "Other Cast Devices" or "Local Devices."
  5. If you found it, select the device, assign it to a room, and link it to your account.

Hola Brian, los pasos 1, 2 y 3 ya los he realizado. Probare los otros 2 pasos, te aviso si me funciona.
