Assistant tasks created by my partner are added to my task list and not hers

Hi all,

when my partner creates a task using a voice command on the Nest Mini 2, the task is created in my calendar-->Tasks instead of hers and she cannot see the task. Voice match is set up and appears to be working. Are there ways to do one of the two things below:

  • Let Nest Mini 2 recognize that my partner is creating the task and automatically add it to her calendar,
  • Or tell assistant to add all tasks to our shared calendar so we can both see them

Sincerely,

David

The following steps solved the problem:

  1. Remove all voice match models from my devices and my partners device
  2. Remove all Nest Mini from the household and reset them to factory conditions by holding the center button for more than 15 seconds
  3. Wait for 6 hours. Idea was to make sure the voice match models are also removed from any Google servers.
  4. Setup the first Nest Mini and train the voice match model when asked to do so.
  5. Do the same for the second Nest Mini and the voice match model of my partner
  6. Assistant now correctly recognizes each of us and puts tasks in the correct task list

My assumption is that my partner made a mistake when she completed a voice match training in English instead of German yesterday. Maybe this somehow screwed up her voice match model even though she did another training in German today. Deleting the model and waiting several hours before retraining it seemed to help.
