I thought I'd make a post regarding connectivity issues I was having with my nest products. I have several nest products (hubs, hub max, mini, thermostats, etc) which were experiencing connection problems since I switched to a wifi 6 mesh (Asus). The nest products would lose their connection constantly and have trouble reconnecting. The solution was disabling a security setting called "WPA3," and stepping down to WPA/WPA2. Also you want to disable a power saving setting called "WMM APSD."

how do you access that list of settings?

You have to open your routers webpage. Open a web browser and type in your router ip address. For Asus it's usually 192.168.1.1. for most router the username defualt is "admin". I don't know what your password would be... usually there's a default for your individual router...if you dont know it try Googling your router and look for default password.
