Black vertical screen nest hub

Just this noon we noticed that the Google Home Display which we had, has got a black vertical patch running on the left side of the screen (its a few cms wide black patch running from the top to bottom on the left side of the screen). Did try doing a factory reset but that did not help? Is there anything to try or send me link to try various display settings apart from factory reset,

A few questions:

• When did the issue start?
• Which Nest hub do you have (1st or 2nd gen)?
• When and where did you purchase your device?
• What is the current firmware and operating system version of your device?

Also, it is best if you could send a picture showing the issue, so we can further check what's going on with your device.
