I just bought a new Nest Hub Gen 2. I am trying to open YouTube, Hulu, and YouTube TV, and yes I have a subscription. I have tried telling it to open these apps and even pressed the icons on the screen and I am getting the same message. It is saying “ I don’t know where to play this video, please tell me the name of the screen” . I did my homework going back and forth with the Amazon product vs Google and final decided on the Nest. Not a good way to start at all. I am glad I kept the receipt if I can’t solve this.

I rebooted the device through Google Home and now my Hub Max will open the YouTube app when I select it. No luck with the other apps yet. Also no luck with the voice command to open it

Hi folks,
@Salasp57, @DAdams, that certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out. Let’s try this first: do a sequential reboot starting with your router followed by your Nest devices. Restarting your phone might also help. We might also need to check the music services active on your Google Home app, follow the steps below:
For more information check out both guides:
Keep me posted.
Best,
Dan
