Bulb marking offline

So i have connected my lutec bulb from smart life to my home mini but when i go onto the app it marks offline even though its on and the assistant doesnt want to turn off when i tell it to turn off because it says bulb is not available 

Please if anyone knows please respond

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you have successfully linked the lights to your Home app and all devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, it should work perfectly. Could you try to reboot your Google Nest speakers and router simply by unplugging it from the power source for at least a few minutes. As soon as everything is plugged in, try saying "OK Google, sync my devices".
