One of my family members is messing with the reproduction of my nest hub, they can play, stop and change the volume on my device. I already deactivated the guest mode, I removed the members, actived the voice match, and I connected to a another wifi and they still have access. Is there I way I can make my device private or invisible?

Get a new family. Just kiddin. Move it to a different gmail account.

I already did it and it doesn't work. 😐 It looks like anyone who has the Google home app can interact with the Google devices.

Now you've peaked my interest. You're missing something. I have a few ideas.
Connecting to a different wifi doesn't mean you're on a different LAN network unless it's set up like that. Very unlikely you have 2 subnets in the house.

I deleted all the wi-fis, removed everyone and reseted the device. I even called customer support, and nothing, I guess Google product aren't mean to be personals.

Same thing keeps happening to me

Hi folks,
Thanks for reaching out. If family members are on the same network and have the Google Home app installed on their phones, they can see whatever Google Nest speaker or display is connected to that network. You can all create a separate network for your Google Nest Hub as an alternative.
I hope this helps.

Juni

Hi, Sorry I've been busy. I need to find a tutorial about how to make a new network.

Hello TPfamily,
It would be best to contact your internet service provider and ask for assistance on how you can create a new network. If you have a dual-band router, you can check if they can be separated so you can set up all your smart devices in one specific band, and the rest of the devices in your home will be connected to the other.
Let us know if we can help you with anything else on Google Home.
Kind regards,
Alex
