My Max seemed to lockup and a reboot did not help so I factory reset it. Now it wont let me add it to my home until the previous version of it is removed. All the instructions tell me to simply select settings for the old max and remove from home. The problem is you can not gat any settings from the device that is no longer there….
How do I remove the old instance from my account to add the “new” one back. It would not let me give it the same name after a factory reset
