I have a Nest Home Hub Max 9B01. This has worked well for the last year or so, however, this weekend, my router decided to commit suicide and I have had to change it. I have tried connecting the Hub to the new router (including adding new password) via the Home App on my phone, but it fails to connect. I did the (possibly foolhardy) thing of resetting the Hub to factory default in the vain hope that I would then be able to link it - but no, it wouldn't. Can anyone help and tell me how to reconnect it, because at present I'm cast adrift without radio, timer and that nice lady who always talks to me when I request anything.

Hi Jake
Thanks for replies. I did manage to sort it, or to be honest, it seemed to sort itself out without my help!
Thanks & best regards
