Can't get my Google Nest Hub to connect again. Set up only goes to 56% and doesn't go any more

Had lightning and maybe it blew something out in my display in my kitchen.

Thanks for reaching out. Oh no! That does not sound great that your Google Nest Hub is unable to connect or work again. I would be more than happy to look into this issue. First, I have some questions.

  • Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Do you see any damage on the display itself?
  • Can you please try to do a Factory Data Reset? Is there any improvement?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
    •  Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
