Can't get the device working

Cannot get the device started there is no QR code to scan to start the device

Please try following the Google Nest help center instructions linked below for setting up speakers and displays. If you still have issues then please let us know what step you had issues at.

We're sorry yto hear about this experience. Let's make sure that your devices are plugged in directly on a power outlet using the original power cable of your Google Nest Hub. Also, make sure to follow the complete reset guide and set it up.

 

If it continues to show the same thing, let us know so we can check other steps to try.

have the same issue here, except it doesn’t even show the ‘G’ logo, just stuck like this
