Can’t hear anything thru the microphone on my cell phone device what is recorded on my google hub

I am broadcasting on my cell phone to see my live feed thru my google next hub max and I can’t hear anything it’s being 2 wks I haven’t heard anything need some help I did already check volume and I did a reset , issue not fix

In the Google Nest app for the camera on your Nest Hub Max, under Settings | Microphone, do you have the "Microphone" turned on?
