When I am trying to setup my Nest Hub Max, I get an error message that says my display "can be set up, but could not communicate with it from your iPhone. Make sure that you have enabled local network access in your iPhone's privacy settings. Then try again"
On my iPhone15 I have turned off VPN as well as reset my WiFi router....no luck. Any suggestions?

Hello jhuttmann,
Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.
A few questions: when did the issue start? Was your Google Nest Hub Max connected before? How far is your display from your Wi-Fi router?
Check if your Google Home app's Local Network Access is enabled. Here's how: open the iPhone's Settings > Tap on Privacy > Local Network > Toggle off then on the Google Home app. Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home and power cycle your Google Nest Hub Max before going through the setup process. If the issue persists, check out this support article to see the additional troubleshooting steps.
Keep me posted.
Best,
Lovely
