Can you change home screen from time?

I am sorry, but I am tech illiterate.  My son gave me this wonderful item for Christmas--- I did use a small round "nest" before this.  Is there a way to change the home screen?  Mine is set on huge time numbers.  I would love to have at least the day and date on home screen if possible.  My husband has onset dementia and doesn't always know the day.  Thanks and I look forward to scrolling through these posts and learn how to use this .

You can change to a photo slide show that is hooked to you or your families Google photos, that has a much smaller clock in the bottom left corner, and I believe date and weather.

Thanks for visiting the Community.

To change the display on your Google Nest Hub devices, you can follow these steps:

1.  Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your display.
2. Open the Google Home app .
3. Touch and hold your device's tile.
4. Tap "Settings" (setting icon)
5. Select "Photo Frame"

From there, you can see there an option to adjust photos and other display settings based on your preferences.
