Hi
We recently changed our wifi provider. I imagined reconnecting all our google home devices would be a straightforward but it has been anything but.
2 of my devices, a nest hub max display and a mini speaker just won't connect. the nest hub max I have factory reset multiple times and it goes right through the set up process then at the end says 'error linking to your account'. Multiple other devices I have have reconnected easily.

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand you're having issues connecting your Google Nest Hub and your Google Nest Mini to the Google Home app after recently changing your Wi-Fi provider. To better understand the reason for this, please provide the information requested below:
In the meantime, I recommend making sure you have removed your devices from the Google Home app before trying to set them up again.
