Cannot connect sleep sensing

Hi all, 

I’m not able to connect the Sleep Sensing on my Nest Hub 2nd gen since the beginning. It shows me always the follow message: “there was a problem connecting to the cloud - try again later”. I already tried several times. Can you please help with some advice?

Hello MrDuarteP, 

Thanks for reaching out to the Speakers and Displays Community forum.

Please ensure that you're using a personal Google Account to set up your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). Find the Cast firmware version of your device and give it to me.

thank you so much for your help and interest in my case. I managed to make the connection today. I confess that I didn't quite understand why, because I didn't do anything different. But I got the connection and now everything is working.
