Cannot find virtual/browser keyboard

Just setting up my google nest hub. On google home app, i had sign in to google and linked the nest hub. On google nest hub, at google.com page, the on-screen keyboard did not activiate hence I am unable to sign in to google account. Please help. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the inconvenience you're experiencing. We'll work together to identify the cause of the problem and find a solution. Try to refresh your Google Nest Hub. Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Observe if it makes a difference.
