So, I have followed other posts directions such as resetting the Hub Max and installing from the + instead of it being detected. I have also created a new home, making the Hub Max my first installation, and then installing the doorbell and outside camera, etc. The issue I'm having is that once you get to the QR code to setup the Hub camera, it times out. It does the same if you manually enter the code. WiFi connectivity isn't the issue either as everything else other than the Hub camera works great. I have tried every variation of installing that I can find but always end up with the same result. I expected Google Nest products to be interoperable without difficulty but it seems I may have been incorrect as this issue seems common and has for a long time. I'm open to any help or suggestions at this point. Other than the camera on the Hub Max not working, it's great. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing details about the issues. I understand how important it is for you to set up the camera of your Google Nest Hub Max. To confirm, is the Google Assistant on your device working? Since all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted fill out this form with all the needed information then let me know once done.

The Google assistant on the Nest Hub Max is working. Everything seems to work other than the Nest cam setup. I appreciate the help.

I can't get it to work from the very beginning . Scan the code and it just spins around and around .I had a problem with my doorbell battery also . Scared the code on the screen and it told me to move it closer. 2 days trying everything suggested. Finally I was looking for the receipt for warranty and found a code and a QR code in the box. tried it and in under a minute it was up and running , thank God, frustrating

That's good news! Hats off to you in doing those steps and sharing the resolution in the Community. About the delay in conversations, are you referring to the command your Nest devices are receiving? By the way, what Nest device do you have there?
Monitor for now since you just got it going. If you can, reboot your Wi-Fi connection to refresh it.
