Connecting non-google devices to Nest Hub 2nd Gen

I Just Purchased a Nest Hub 2nd Gen system that came with a Nest Cam (Battery).  I can not connect my Smart Life (Tuya) (Rollei Security cam 1080P) camera to the system but the Google Help modes say they are compatible. The steps shown in help do not function with either Google Home nor Google Assistant.  I am looking for clear and concise step by step instructions on how to do this.

Thanks for the reply.  I have solved the issue.  Played around with it, pushed some buttons, a couple of resets, and surprise, it works.  Now, don't ask me what I did...I haven't got the slightest idea.  lol

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your setup as I'm sure it's confusing, but I'm happy to see how we can help.

Unfortunately, we don't know anything about the Smart Life products and would suggest reaching out to their support to see how you can connect their products to the Google Home or to other Google products.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
